My Story
Before launching 313 Growth, I spent over a decade in the automotive industry, managing people, projects, and the day-to-day workload in between. While my professional experience and formal education studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan helped hone my systems-oriented approach to problem solving, my goal has always been to apply this thinking in more impactful ways. After receiving my MBA from the University of Washington, I realized that creating strategies for business owners to succeed doing what they love was exactly how I could create this impact.
